Reviews for Yachting Club La Herradura
A shelter and a social club, 2015-08-04

Buoys. Expensive. Access to the private social club

Good shelter from swells, 2015-05-28
Captain: , Sidney, BC (167)

We ducked into Bahía Herradura after 2 days of being pounded by large swells at sea. As soon as we entered the bay, the water was calm. Welcome relief!

The Yacht Club has numerous mooring balls, and they met us in a dinghy as we approached the mooring field. Since we are a heavy vessel, we dropped anchor in 35 feet of water and had good holding.

There is a restaurant at the Club, although it was not open the day we were there.

Supermarket is a 5 min taxi ride (3,000 Pesos) or 25 min walk. Neighborhood is clean and safe.
