Reviews for Winslow Wharf Marina
Great Marina, 2016-05-28
Captain: , Gig Harbor, WA (469)

We like this marina. It has new docks with a great location. You are a short walk to town. This has become one of our go to stops when we are going North/South and need a nice place to stop. You rent slips from vacated slips.

Great Overnight, 2013-12-04
Captain: , Seattle (313)

One of my favorite local ports. Plenty of shops, restarants and sites to keep you busy walking, eating ice cream/candy all day. A must do at least once a season.

A well-run marina, 2013-01-06
Captain: , Bainbridge Island, WA (343)

This is not primarily a transient marina, though they do try to accommodate transients when they can. The ports generally focus more on transient boaters, and offer the sort of service the previoius captain appears to have been expecting. I don't think Winslow Wharf does enough transient business to justify keeping staff here on the weekends.

That said, this is a very protected and well run marina, with a friendly and helpful bunch of boaters and very competent and helpful staff. The facilities are clean, and the location is convenient.

Closed on Weekends, 2012-09-23
Captain: , Seattle (195)

We pulled into Winslow on a Sunday and tried hailing the marina with no luck. Eventually we phoned. The message said they were closed on Sunday and if we needed to stay on Saturday or Sunday, arrangements would have to made by the preceding Friday. If you're planning every stop on your itinerary days in advance you'll be ok here. Otherwise...

From a long time resident, 2012-06-17
Captain: , Bainbridge Island, WA (268)

I had a slip there for about 20 years. The water is usually very calm in the marine even though it may be blowing hard out in Puget Sound. Good solid docks, and friendly staff.

It is a easy walking distance to the town of Winslow, about 2 blocks away. Great grocery store, dining, shopping, post office. But it is a long walk to the liquor store or hardware store.

Winslow Wharf Marina, 2010-11-30
Captain: , Ronald, WA (43)

Nice facilities a short walk from the center of a great little town, fine grocery, unusual shops and good restaurants. No fuel, but transient slips with power and water frequently available to 45'. Clean restrooms and showers, and a well-equipped chandlery adjacent.

9/74/08, 2008-09-16
Captain: , Brownsville, WA (558)

Their hours on Sunday are from 10 to 1400. The slip we were assigned BARELY had enough room for our 13.5' beam however the marina staff was on the dock to assist our arrival. A simple request at the office produced staff to support our u/w.

Very limited transient moorage, 2007-09-23
Captain: , Olympia (1435)

The only way you can get moorage here is by calling them in advance to get a slip that is vacated by someone else. Good access to shops, stores, and restaurants.
