Reviews for Westpoint Harbor
Excellent Facility and Folks, 2015-04-13
Captain: , San Diego (301)

We just left Westpoint after spending the winter there. Last two reviews said it all. Great place and great folks. Quiet is an understatement.

We are live aboards travelling up the coast so this was well suited for us. We especially liked the slip side pump outs.

Redwood City is a nice area with plenty of shopping nearby. You will need a car in this area as the marina is 3 miles out of town.

Mark, Doug and John and crew have done a great job with this marina.

Nicest facilities anywhere, 2015-02-21
Captain: , Sacramento (173)

We stopped by on a trip to explore the South Bay. This is a newer marina and they have knocked themselves out. If only some of those scabrous marinas near San Francisco would follow the lead of these guys. Everything is spotless and kept up. They've expanded, so they are only at 50% capacity. The boats are all nice and the people are friendly. It has a family feel. The staff is first rate. Six stars. Best in the Bay.

Best harbor in the Bay, 2014-09-10
Captain: , Westpoint Harbor (10)

Westpoint us my home port. Fantastic facilities. Great boaters. Staff are first rate, knowledgable and very friendly. Harbor mates are a fun and eclectic crowd.

Nice Marina, bleak surroundings, 2011-06-15
Captain: , Emeryville, CA (30)

The marina proper and the harbor office are absolutely top notch. Currenlty (June 2011) the surrounding area is a construction zone as they build a new dry dock facility. It is very remote from most everything.

Westpoint Marina, 2009-10-23
Captain: , Napa, CA (249)

An easy 4 stars once they get heads and showers completed and a restaurant in. Beautiful marina, very friendly and helpful harbormaster.

New marina in remote location. , 2009-05-19
Captain: , San Francisco, CA (151)

Beautiful facility, opened in 2008 and slips still being added. Far from services.
Also, far from sailing due to shallow South Bay waters.
