Reviews for Washburn Marina
A great full-service marina, 2017-06-15
Captain: , Bayfield, WI (340)

Washburn Marina was the winter home for our boat for three years. This is one of the few full-service marinas in the area. There isn't much that this marina cannot handle for boat projects. They did several for us and every one was done with care and at a reasonable rate. We would not hesitate to ask them about any project, big or small, that we might have. The staff was extremely conscientious and went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. We were not "residents" of the marina, but they made us feel like we were. A really great marina.

A great place to visit, 2010-07-02
Captain: , Boston, MA (172)

This is a nicely-kept, newer marina with a Travelift of a size you wouldn't expect to find in a town of 2000. You can take a day to wander the businesses on Bayfield Street, just a couple of blocks from the marina. Don't miss the Chequamegon Bookstore.

A place to call home, 2008-09-17
Captain: , Washburn, Wisconsin (293)

We keep our boat in Washburn and have tried to think of why we may need to go somewhere else...can't do it. The community at the Washburn Marina is family-like and very welcoming. The Washburn Marina doesn't boast a pool, tennis courts or a restaurant, but then we at this marina boat. When we want to go to dinner, it is up the hill to one of the many establishments, off to an island or someplace beyond. Rates are reasonable and the distance to the fishing grounds is just enough to say you went somewhere.

Great marina in a great little town!, 2007-07-27

Everything is within walking distance of this marina-motels, gourmet coffee shops, bookstore, restaurants, sand beaches, fishing piers, groceries, quilt shop, bars, quaint little shops.
