Reviews for Theodore Roosevelt Boat Basin and Marina
Harbor Police and transient sailors out of state, 2012-03-03
Captain: , new york (351)

2011: The Harbor Police is based in a small shack at the dinghy landing area. They are very vigorous protecting us cruising sailors by making sure our tenders have registration numbers. The dinghy dock, for purposes of visiting the town, is useless since it only has a 15-20 minute tie up. It makes more sense to patronize Sagamore next door. As for the marina docks and services, I do not know its quality. But as for the reception; very chilly. Seems that Sagamore next door is quite a bit more accomodating. Good to know for next time.
