Reviews for The Tides Tavern
Brought our lunch to our boat, 2015-04-03
Captain: , Spokane, Wa (337)

We visited them last October and left the boat there while we walked through town. We came back and ordered and they brought it to our boat. Depending on what you order, it can be really good or standard bar fare. Access is great for smaller boats <30'.

Beers and Burgers!, 2013-12-09
Captain: , Seattle (313)

A must do restaurant when in Gig Harbor. We dropped hook and rode the dinghy in for dinner. Awesome deck and a great atmosphere. Grab a t-shirt!

Improved Docks, 2013-06-07
Captain: , Orting, WA (150)

New Docks in place. More moorage and great improvement. Food is o.k and overpriced. Nice folks that allow 4 hours moorage if you at least start out as a customer.

Great place with good food and entertainment., 2012-12-19
Captain: , Ft. Myers Beach, FL (53)

Their Halibut and Chips has to be some of my favorite seafood.

I usually tie up at Jerisich Public Dock and make the short walk to The Tides. The last time I was at the Tides the ramp was so crouded it was impossible to leave when I wanted.

A Gig Harbor Must, 2012-05-08
Captain: , Gig Harbor (134)

Great food, Great staff, Full bar with a tremendous assortment of brews on tap. "If you haven't been to the tides, you haven't been to Gig Harbor."

Love the Tides, 2012-03-23
Captain: , Port Orchard WA (261)

Great food, fun staff and live bands

Fish n' Chips heaven, 2011-04-26
Captain: , Port Ludlow, WA (24)

Some of the best microbrews of the NW along with the best Fish n' Chips I've had. Deck seating in good weather is a "must". Easy walking distance to public dock and other marinas.

Free moorage but noisy, 2011-04-15
Captain: , Seattle (373)

Famous tides tavern, good night life, and free moorage if you can find it. The food and beer are great, but for peace of mind and a good nights sleep, we usually anchor further in the bay and then skiff or walk over.

Rafting is Tides policy, 2011-02-14
Captain: , Gig Harbor, WA (469)

It can be busy and shallow at low tide. Great place that will send a waiter to your boat in the summer, which is a great option if you have kids as they are not allowed inside.

A fun place to visit by boat, 2011-01-14
Captain: , olympia, wa (183)

Good food and a good selection of beers. They serve Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner and have a gift shop with T-shirts, sweaters and hats. Good atmosphere and a fun place to visit by boat.

Good music on Sundays., 2009-05-20
Captain: , Seattle, Wa. (312)

They usually have a tropical "jimmy Buffet" type band playing on Sunday afternoons.

The Tides, 2007-10-13
Captain: , Seattle (1)

The Tides, is clean, place is fun, and the food is very good at a fair price too. Wait and get a table on the deck
