Reviews for The Studio
Not bad not great, 2016-06-28
Captain: , Gloucester MA (23)

Studio just coming up to speed after their BIG renovation. Nice outside dinner space on deck overlooking Smith Cove. I think it is the best place on the water to drink and dine on the water becuse of the deck and large bar inside. They do have great sushi but other fare seems to be inconsistent. Docking is available more so than any other place on the water but still very limited. Wait staff - oh well they are transient and learning. I see a few on staff from last year. Same owners as the Rudder a few doors down.

not much water, 2011-06-09

Ony 3.5 feet dockside, not the 8-9' listed in Embassy Guide. Clueless staff. Good hiding place from the wind, good fish & chips.

Great place to dock for lunch or dinner, 2010-09-11
Captain: , Key Biscayne FL (3049)

Overnight is rediculously expensive ($5/ft with elec) Maybe call late in the day and negotiate a price. My guess is they really do not want overnight guests. The restaurant is just OK but the place has a rep for great music on the weekends that goes late (+ or - ???). Its free to stop for lunch or dinner then go and anchor out
Stop for lunch and walk the artsy neighborhood up and down a few blocks and appreciate the atmosphere. The Studio was once an art school and there are interesting paintings around.
