Reviews for The Boathouse Restaurant
Good midrange restaurant , 2016-07-14
Captain: , haverstraw (191)

Food was good here. Service is good. This place is average and nothing to fancy. I'll definitely come back here again

Excellent food, decent price, generous pour, 2015-01-09

Ask for a whiskey and your cup runneth over. The food is superb, and the price is reasonable.

Good little spot, 2014-07-23
Captain: , Tarrytown, NY (40)

Great menu for a small place. Outdoor deck/bar is small and lively, with super siunset views. Only 50' of dock space at the restaurant, good for two small boats, but there are spots at the adjacent (Shattemuc) boat club.

Dock and Dine-really great!, 2014-04-23
Captain: , Piermont, NY (50)

This is not a marina, and they have a floating dock that accommodates a max of a 40' boat or two smaller boats. However, right across from their floating dock, the Shattemuc Yacht Club has been more that accommodating to let us tie up for dinner! The food is really good, and the outdoor converted sailboat tiki bar is great in season! Sundays they usually have live music. So patronize this place!!!!

Good food, great view, friendly staff, 2012-05-13
Captain: , Croton On Hudson (30)

This hidden gem ( yes, you need some guidance to find it the first time...) is tucked between Westerly marina-boatyard and a small yacht club, over looking the river and gorgeous sunsets... Gets busy on weekends, has outdoor seating area, and their own parking lot. Very friendly staff, menu has something for everyone, seafood, burgers, salads, good selections of beer and drinks; dinner for two with drinks- about $50
They have a small private dock you can pull up to, but I don't think there is help tying up. Overall, feels like a vacation evening on the water, with boats all around and nice river view.

Awesome Spot, 2012-04-11
Captain: , Milford (180)

The Boathouse is a true find! Having Wintered on the hard at the marina right next door (Westerly Marina), many an afternoon has been spent in both the Fall and Spring recovering from sore knuckles and bruised knees at thsi charming spot. The bar overlooks the water, there are outside tables and the staff could not be friendlier. Great drinks and delicious food too. Somwhat pet friendly as the Chef Scott loves Golden Retrievers of which we have and he is always keen to put a bowl of water out and give her a snack. From what I understand, the place gets progressively busier throughout the season, but for us, it was the perfect spot to enjoy post-boat prep evenings!

Popular local restaurant, 2010-07-26
Captain: , Nyack, New York (64)

Far more a local restaurant with one floating dock than a marina, but good food in a casual atmosphere. (Guess I'll never get a space now.)
