Bottom job done in January 2013 is still looking great. I look at the hull every three months while I'm diving on other boats in the marina I'm at. During a quickhaul in Seabrook, all we noted was some soft algae which was easily blasted away, leaving the bottom paint intact. My main reason for a 4 star and not a 5 star rating is the depth restriction of Oyster Creek. We draft 4'2" and with a low tide the channel gets real skinny.

From review of 2011, Jim and his son replaced my motor mounts, re-tabbed a bulkhead and completely rebuilt another one in our project boat. And recently, I had concerns about my Westerbeke engine, Jim came out to the boat, looked it over and listened to the engine, said it was "Good to go." and left without charging us a fee. I know who's doing my next bottom job.

Where should you take your boat to be worked on?, 2013-03-10
