At mile 20 look for marina sign on the left descending bank of the Little Tennessee river at the south side of the harbor entrance. This is right beside the 'Blockhouse' archeological reconstruction site. Good depth all year round. Even at winter pool there is 15+ feet of water.

Good dockside restaurant with live music!, 2016-08-14
Captain: , Destin (20)

After cruising the Little Tennessee River all day we stopped into this marina for dinner. Nicely sheltered dock that's easy to get into. Food was good and the music was great. Definitely a local crowd but welcoming. Only thing was they didn't have a TV at the bar to watch the Olympics...

Transient Docks in Bad Shape, 2016-06-03
Captain: , Gold Point Marina, Chattanooga, TN (111)

As reviewer noted in 2014 the transient slips need TLC. Obviously not a priority for Rodney the pleasant and helpful Dock Master. Rest of marina very nice. Didn't get a chance to try the dockside restaurant. Beautiful lake!

A really great place to stay, 2015-07-24
Captain: , Currently living aboard and cruising the Gulf Coast (260)

I am surprised to see only a 3 start rating. This is a great little hideaway. great little restaurant with live music Wed, Fri and Sat. The docks are like new, There are mechanics available. The greatest tenants I have ever seen and the marina manager, Rodney Pjillips, goes above and beyond the call of duty for the tenants. We came for several months and are now contemplating staying the winter.
If its a quiet, out of the way place with a very relaxed atmosphere that you want - this is it
They do not have a courtesy car or I would have found a way to give them 5 and 1/2 stars. The friendly tenants have offerd us rides on many occasions before i caught up with my van.

Needs some TLC, 2014-10-07
Captain: , Florida (235)

It was nice to have a marina to duck into during a bad storm. We pulled in on a Monday, but maina is closed Monday and Tuesday onn off season. A very nice man on houseboat directed in out of storm to a covered slip, which we were thankful for since we are in a 23 ft cabin cruiser. Wi-fi not bad, only one washer and dryer and out of order. Not a bad place, but it does need some work. Left a note to dockmaster to send me a bill because I had no idea what rate charge was etc. Again, glad for the cover!!!

very nice marina, 2013-12-31
Captain: , Woodbridge, Va (126)

The people are very friendly. Good food. $1 per ft. No car. Your only about a half mile from one of the most beautiful views in the U.S. The water is clean with mountains nearby.

Great Restaurant, 2013-10-08
Captain: , Punta Gorda FL (1709)

Average marina. Pump out at gas dock busted when we were there, but worked on the docks. Great restaurant with custom cut steaks. Excellent burgers and sandwiches. $1 per foot dockage. Fuel prices are high relative to Ft Louden Marina. get your diesel there.

A great place to lay over, 2011-11-02
Captain: , Tellico Marina (290)

Well protected, deep waters, staff and mechanics outstanding!
Showers and laundry availble, but no loaner car! Marina residents are quick to help. Currently, 3 boats reside here that have completed the loop !! Capt Ken on the Tellico Lady is an outstanding source.

Tellico Harbor Marina, 2010-09-22
Captain: , Tellico Harbor, TN (49)

Very nice location, wonderfully shielded from weather and main channel wakes. Nice slips, restaurant now quite good, great mechanic available, marina staff new management and trying hard to please. Not much locally available, and car needed for provisioning. No courtesy car.
