Reviews for Sunshine Coast Resort, Ltd.
Sunshine Coast Resort, 2015-02-06
Captain: , Pender Harbour, BC (351)

This is a very nice resort, with a few transient moorage spots. It is a steep hike up the stairs, but this keeps the dock area very quiet. This is not really a drawback, as Pender Harbour is best explored by dinghy for dining, shopping, exploring and a trip to one of the many pubs. There is even a "water bus" that will stop by and stops at the major spots in the Harbour!
The marina has a hot tub and WI-FI, plus good water and 30 amp power. The owner is very attentive, pleasant, and has rental boats available from paddle boats to fish boats.
Highly recommende, but call ahead for reservations!

While land based facilities are more for guests arriving by car, the marina is great for being oput of the crush of boats headed to Maderia

Very little transient moorage, approx 80'. Very long uphill walk to any dining/shopping. Nice folks but it is a land resort with an oh-by-the-way transient facility. We will not stay there again.
