5-star service/3-star facility, 2017-06-04
Captain: , La Salle, MI (70)

We spent 3 days here, and received outstanding service from one of the marina owners (Greg). We met several of the seasonal boaters, who were all very polite and welcoming, and one even offered us a car during our stay. It's a little tight to navigate in high winds, but they have a fantastic marine store and full-service marine repairs onsite if you need it. A cab ride to the Falls was $30 CAD. Floating docks. We did not use their restrooms, but they do have showers available. Also had fuel, pump-outs, laundry and decent wifi.

Small, but nice and quiet, 2015-09-17
Captain: , Little River, SC (741)

A nice, clean and quiet marina. Friendly staff. Quite tight maneuvering my 46' P/V in, but doable. Also, watch when exiting the marina, easy to miss the last turn and end up in a dead end fairway. Gas, diesel and pumpout available. Other than anchoring, not much else available this end of the Welland.

good stop before locks, 2015-07-05
Captain: , Boca Raton, FL (1421)

We stopped here on 6/30/15.
Although the facilities are minimal.... Snack bar, restrooms... There is a great ships supply store and fuel dock. More haul out and storage. Met some loopers who had a rental car and rode over to Niagra on the Lake and had a great dinner. Easy in and out although a few somewhat shallow spots coming in according to our Sonar but wasn't a problem.

Not a bad place to call home.., 2014-07-07
Captain: , St. Catharines (498)

A nice marina. Docks are a little old, but the place is well protected from wind, and easy to get in and out of. Relatively quiet.
As of June 1, 2014 the place is under new management. Longer gas dock hours on Fridays and Saturdays (6pm). Marlon Marine store is now located on-site. Good selection, friendly service.

Not as advertised, 2013-06-12
Captain: , North Point Marina (56)

We tried this marina on May 25, 2013 after north bound on the Canal. We ran aground before getting the stern inside the breakwall. There were no docks insight that would handle a boat of our size, 53 Defever. The information here should be adjusted. We ended up at the Sailing center in Niagra great choice.

Good engine shop, 2012-03-03

Nice quiet place to stop.
Friendly staff.
Long way for provisions, use cab

St. Catharines Marina, 2011-11-24
Captain: , Margaritaville (355)

Tired old docks but otherwise pleasant enough.
A private marina, far from amenities of any kind.
A yard with some interesting derelicts in the back 40 offers some sights to ponder....

Port to use after going through the Welland, 2011-07-30

Small but very protected from the wind. They close at 4:30PM but allow you to tieup at the fuel dock at any time. 50amp power there.
Pumpout and fuel of course
