Reviews for Snake Creek Marina
New ownership doesn't like transients, 2015-05-06
Captain: , port canaveral (30)

Good marina until something goes wrong. A guy named Abraham, who claims to be the owner moved our boat, and claimed Sea Tow moved it. In the process, the boat was damaged. Talked to the owners of Sea Tow and the captain of the tow boat and they swore they didn't touch it and that the boat was never in their way. They suggested we look at the video ( the marine has surveillance cameras). Abraham refused to answer all calls, refused to let us see the video and refused to repair the gel coat and rub rail damage. If this is the new owner, this place is in a lot of trouble. Previous manager, Bill, was much more honest and trustworthy. There is no way this guy could possibly own this marina. He openly says he doesn't like transients and prefers to deal with locals only. Good for the locals, I guess......unitl he damages their boat and his lack of morals kicks in.

Competitive fuel prices. Room for maybe a half dozen transients.

Nice rack storage marina, 2013-02-25
Captain: , currently Plantation Yacht Harbor, Islamorada, Fla. Keys (4417)

This is a nice rack storage marina with direct access to the Atlantic, or to the Gulf via the Snake Creek drawbridge. Limited dockage in a protected basisn that is right on the highway. On the entrance channel is a nice restaurant and bar with good food and a dock for restaurant customers. While we were there the marina hosted numerous go-fast type boats from the Mid-west that made a terrific racket as they lumbered to and fro. If you are cruising, this is probably a place you'd only vist to eat and drink at the restaurant.
