Reviews for Skipper Bud's - Milwaukee
Great river pier and restaurant, 2017-03-22
Captain: , Milwaukee, WI (41)

I've had to stop at the pier on the river while we awaited for the bridges to open, as the RR bridge had issues. The pier is new, and easy to tie up to if you have to wait, as there is a bit of a current in the river. We've eaten at the restaurant and the food is great and a fun place to stop by. You can get to it without going through any bridges.

No Pets Allowed?, 2016-07-23
Captain: , Long Beach, CA (20)

Neither friendly nor dog friendly restaurant/pub owner. Neither in the outside dining area nor on the property does the pub owner allow pets. They have posted ordinance signs that are illegal in that the signs state laws that are incorrect or do not exist. Apparently the owner doesn’t understand retails laws and operates a retail establishment as if it was a private residence.

Outdated facility, 2014-03-17
Captain: , Milwaukee (651)

This is a very outdated facility. It is in desperate need of dredging, has very little slips for the great pub they have on site. Not transient friendly at all, but a must stop buy for a beer kind of place.
