Reviews for Shoreline Boat Club
Concierge Service, 2013-09-04

This marina is really trying hard to be a step above. Easy access, clean docks and facilities, pool, bar/resturant on site just as others have said. My impression is that they work like a consierge service to support the customers. I casually asked if they knew of a marine store where I could get a certain racor filter. One of the staff in the office immediatly called their marine serice center and said they would bring it buy if they had it. When they said they did not have it she started calling around and before I got back to our boat she sent me printed directions to another marina nearby with the keys to the loaner van and had them hold the part for me. It reminded me of the service I received at some of the better hotels I have been in.
I was impressed to see that they seem to spend as much effort supporting their transient or looper customers as their local boater. It is a great place to spend a few days after surviving the Chicago waterways.
