Reviews for Sheet Harbour Dock
A great protected spot - no wake, not much current and total privacy, 2013-10-23
Captain: , Vancouver (510)

The whole lot at wharf is fenced in with high steel fencing but just push the locked gate a bit and go through.
Fender board needed for the old wharf face. Easy access (walking) to stores and lots of friendly folks. We went to the grocery store and were offered a ride back by a lady who was shopping. No charge night so who can complain !

Sheet Harbour dock, 2012-09-21
Captain: , toronto (499)

Dock has wooden pilings on outside of wall so fender boards are needed to tie up. Just before bridge in deep water 20+ feet with a slight river current (less 1/2 Knt but does increase to about 1 at ebb) and a tide of about 6 feet. The dock is fenced and locked to passers by which requires a dingy ride of (no kidding) 12 feet to local floating docks. Do not know how deep floating docks are but space was available. Once on the floats you can walk to town on sidewalks and get food, fuel, beer, wine, hardware and other small stores in a small town.
