You will see the entrance to the marina, but make sure you first pass G5 before turning left (west) in order to avoid the shoal. From G5 line up the marina's south entrance which should be at your 8 o'clock. Do not attempt the marina's north entrance as it is shoaled in.

Reviews for Seaview Harbor Marina
great marina, 2014-04-19
Captain: , Baltimore, MD (40)

stayed the night while transiting the ICW. great transient rate, and top notch facilities.

Great alternative to AC, 2013-06-27
Captain: , Annapolis (308)

This Is a great facility in every way, (except shopping.) there is everything you want, west marine, acme, hardware etc. about three miles away.

They have "dog beach" within a short walk. Also a nice walk to the ocean beach in Longport.

The inlet (great egg harbor) is in very good shape since the post sandy dredging and marker relocation.
Once inside go NE to green "5" before making the turn into the marina.

They have a great restaurant on site (Caffe Luciano's) with an insane happy hour every day 4 to 7. Half price drinks and $6 appetizers; steamers, mussels, sliders, etc., any two makes a meal.

Best Marina near Atlantic City or Ocean City, 2013-04-22
Captain: , Cherry Hill (237)

Very close proximity to the ocean via the Great Egg Harbor inlet, cool ocean breezes, well managed facility, and run by a condo association of slip and home owners. Other marinas in the area fall way behind Seaview. Only two others that come close are Harbour Cove in Somers Point and Farley State Marina at the Golden Nugget in Atlantic City. Seaview's only downside is that it's not in easy walking distance to other restaurants and the restaurant on-site runs hot and cold on food and service.

The inlet is among the more reliable inlets despite the comments here. I've run it a hundred times and while the channels do shift, the USCG keeps up with the markers. Also the USCG and Tow Boat US will both tell you there is a short cut out the GEH inlet by the rock jetties that is far more reliable than the channel. This being true even after Sandy. Hail Tow Boat US on 16 for the most up to date advice. They run that inlet constantly.

Great Marina, 2012-07-19
Captain: , Horsham, PA (110)

This is a well protected deep wate marina. The inlet interest is not too tricky but you need to be careful. There is a pool on premises and a very good restaurant. They only have 50 amp service at the dock. The bathroom facilities are very good.

We were being towed in so we need more hel;p docking then was provided even though we had called ahead.

5 star NJ Marina, 2011-11-09
Captain: , Bala Cynwyd PA (32)

Seaview Harbor Marina is a large deep water marinia just inside of Great Egg harbor at Longport NJ. The marina has many ammenities including pool and jacuzi, priviate beach, upscale restaurant, bathroom facilities , laundry, and floating docks. There are usually some transients slips available, but be sure to call ahead. The marin is also within a 10 minute dirve of the Ocean City NJ boardwalk and may good resturants. This is a great marina to stop over on your way up or down the coast or to spend the summer at.

Nice marina with nice amentitries, 2011-07-03
Captain: , Beach haven NJ (510)

Great marina but the inlet can sometimes be a challenge. The marina itself is pristene with well maintained foating docks and deep water. There is nice restaurant on the premises, pool and a private beach. You can walk over the bridge into Margate for additional restaurants and the beach but it is a good distance. Downside is the best bars and retaurants are too far to walk.

Easy in/out. Nice place, 2011-06-11
Captain: , Washington, NC (13)

Had no issues getting in or out, 12'+ depth from the channel into the marina. Coming from the ocean, you'll want to go past the marina and then cut back to line up with the marina's channel We stopped for diesel and ended up spending the night at the fuel dock. Friendly staff, especially Hooper. Dinner at the marina restaurant was very good Great service, plentiful portions. The marina offers a free continental breakfast if you stay overnight. Pool looked nice, showers and facilities were clean and well maintained. A Wawa convenience store is about 22 min by foot. If you stay say hi to Joel, head of security. Nice guy

Nice marina in a gawd awful inlet, 2010-09-17
Captain: , Key West, FL (748)

Check out the article in the local paper at http://tinyurl.com/greatharborinlet for more details, but this inlet is a real danger. Stories abound in the marina about groundings and it is very clearly a danger at anything even at high tide if you have much of a draft. Until the authorities decide to dredge (or at least move the navigation aids to proper locations, if that is even possible), this will be a tough spot.

Resort type Marina, 2010-03-13
Captain: , Brick, NJ (193)

Great spot just inside the inlet, nice pool, good restaurant, very helpful staff. If you are headquartering here, call Enterprise in Somers Point and rent a car. You're going to need it for easy access to Ocean City or Atlantic City, both short rides.

Super easy in and out, 2007-02-02
Captain: , Cape May County NJ (3)

Can't beat the location, just off the inlet between Ocean City and Longport. Nice place, a little isolated by geography. Can't walk for provisions, but it's a nice overnight or place to fish from. Well kept facilities, restaurant on premesis changes hands frequently but is usually good. Docks are kept in good shape.
