Reviews for Sea Critters Cafe
Classic Florida Beach Restaurant Bar, 2013-08-08

Great place to stop after a day on the water. Cold beer, great appetizers (artichoke dip, grouper nuggets) It has docks you can pull up to. First taken here with a friend in a 46' and he slid it in. mostly smaller boats though. Current can be a bit tricky if you are not paying attention.

I was first introduced to this place in 1993, moved away several months later and had to find it again when I moved back in 2006. You can get to it by boat, only from the south if you're on a sailboat because it sits next to a fixed bridge. They have a dish made with Anocete (spelling?) and pasta that is unique and very very good. Great place to take a date and sit out back next to the docks and watch the boats. Or, hang out at the small bar out back on the docks. This place will make you think you're a million miles away on some far off land.

Great stop today while sailing, easy in and out from the docks, good food, relaxed friendly atmosphere, I'll be back.

Great fresh grouper sandwich. Also enjoyed the fresh lime maragrita and homemade key lime pie!

Get away from the tourists! Has docks that can be accessed by small power boats. Great shrimp and oysters, Great atmosphere.
