Reviews for Schooner's Landing Marina
Restaurant Is Now Permanently Closed, 2016-08-31
Captain: , Annapolis (262)

Had dinner there Friday 8/26 during the first day of our stay at nearby Brewer's Marina. Were told that Schooner's was closing for good the next day. New management is taking over and should be open some time in 2017. Food was OK, but not great. Service so-so.

This facility does not look open at all.

Worth a Stop If Only for the Ice Cream, 2013-07-16
Captain: , Richmond (223)

Highland Creamery for honest to God homemade ice cream might be the best you'll ever have. That is not an exagerration. The restaurant is servicable, service was slow during midweek lunch, and the fried shrimp was a frozen breaded disappointment. This place really needs a dinghy dock for folks anchored in Town Creek or dinghying over from another marina. Didn't use the marina facilities.

Nice open bar right on the docks, 2013-02-06
Captain: , Middle River, MD (192)

Some places just feel comfortable. I arrived as a single hander, anchored out in Town Creek, and rowed my rinky-dink dinghy right up to the bar. I'll admit that getting out of a somewhat unstable dinghy and up their ladder was a bit of a challenge; but once my feet hit dry land all was well. After a couple of beers I was deep in conversation with many of the locals. It felt like home. The fish tacos ain't bad, either!

Best Ice Cream on the Bay, 2010-08-22
Captain: , Patuxent River, MD (387)

Be sure to check out the Scottish Highland Creamery, which is located in the same building as Schooner's. Look for the line of people waiting to get ice cream and you'll find it. Well worth it, and an easy walk from most of the marinas in town.

Schooners itself is not a marina, but it is a decent place to grab a crabcake, burger or a beer. Live music on weekends in the summer.

One of the best and most laid back places to relax and have a drink or a meal. Best burgers I have seen. Great food at very reasonable prices and a wonderful view!
