Beautiful walking trails, very welcoming staff, marina building like a country club. Note: favor the green marks along the channel since the red side has the spoils from dredging.

Good Local Bouyage, Great staff, Like having a giant condo for the night you are there, beautiful clubhouse, very quiet, only steps to Irving Arboretum Park, did I say Great Staff?

Lowest depth in channel on the way in was 7.2 feet at mid tide, depth in basin was >10 feet. Ample 30 amp power, and water at dock. Dock will accomodate up to 62 foot boat according to John, the harbormaster. Grocery store is a few miles out of town, and would be a long walk. Irving Eco Centre is a 10 kilometer bike ride on nice woodsy trails. John gave us a ride to dinner. Worth a stop.

Its a Gem!, 2014-07-20

Jean, the marina manager is the best! He has been there since it opened in 1998. The marina is very well run and maintained. Clubhouse is amazing with its all wood interior, fireplace, couches and super clean washrooms. Pumpout is free. Gasoline only at dock. The channel leading to marina is tricky! Keep second and third green channel markers just to stbd going upstream - there is a large shoal in channel - do not rely on range markers on shore! Coast Guard is supposed to be looking into issue in 2014. Very quiet but can get busy on nice weekends with folks taking out their pontoon boats.

Update 2014: Entire channel up to the marina has been resurveyed and properly marked with lit channel markers by Coast Guard. There is about 6ft of water in one section after the last range markers turning upriver.

fantastic marina, the locals are kind beyond words. The water was a little skinny on the way in (6'draft) local knowledge realy helps. Seems any boat passing by is local knowledge. On the approach, the chanel is marked traditionaly then on port it changes to sticks with green and red markers, works well but it may be hard to pick out the sticks against the shore background. Dont worry it is well marked and your chart should will be a good guide line for the general direction. The marina was fantatisic, a good place to connect with NB.

A bit shallow at low tide (5 feet) getting to the marina about 6 SM in from Northumberland Strait, but very well marked. John Nowlan, manager, very helpful and charming. Beautiful facility and nearby is "La Pays de Sagouine," an Acadian village interpretation site. Well worth a visit. Dockage fee $1.10 per foot plus tax, includes electricity and water. Gas only available.
