Reviews for Rye Harbor - NH Port Authority
Gas, Diesel, and water, 2016-12-05
Captain: , Rye, NH (40)

Rye harbor can be a stop for fuel and water but not much else. It's an easy and short "in and out" from the ocean.
The "tie up" time at the dock is brief and boats are not supposed to be left unattended. Whale watch and tour boats use the public dock and the commercial side is used by fishing boats. Toilets and a couple of snack bars are located at the head of the dock. The large restaurant "Sanders" has been replaced with large houses. A parking lot is available that's controled by the State of NH for day or overnight parking and there's a boat ramp. Fees are charged for both. Unfortunately there are no guest moorings and anchoring is near impossible since the harbor is filled with private moorings.
