Reviews for Royal Belgium Sailing Club Zeebrugge
The stop off before a canal trip up to Brugge, 2011-02-20
Captain: , Swansea U.K. (140)

Had a very pleasant stay here, the guys at the club were very helpful and friendly.
there are a number of small bars and cafe's located around the basin and even a michilen starred resturant amongst the many fish resturants here (this is oposit the fish quey where the trawlers land their catch).
Just outside the entrace to the marina is the lock gate that leads to Brugge (call the port on 71 for the opening times).
There are less than a hand full of fancy shops, but there iare two small supermarkets (spar and Carrefore) within walking distance for supplies.
But i would have to agree that Zeebrugge its self is not that exceiting, apart from the jorney to get to the marina ( those container ships are huge).

Zeebrugge Marina, 2010-10-09
Captain: , Breskens (350)

Marina is very well sheltered, being more than 2 miles from the entrance breakwaters. Be aware of dense commercial traffic, large container vessels, cruise ships and gastankers frequently visit the port. Excellent food in the nearby clubhouse / restaurant at the inner entrance of the marina.

RSBC Zeebrugge August 2010, 2010-08-10
Captain: , Carson City, NV (7179)

This is a fairly big marina. It has good facilities but depending where you are assigned, they may be a long walk away. The docks are floating, which is a must with nearly 5 meter spring tides, and in very good condition. The harbormaster is freindly and helpful.

Zeebrugge itself is not so exciting. Having seen Blankenberge, just 5NM west, I think I would go there instead next time.
