Well I lost a port light on the first day of a week long trip. Relying on these folks as the nearest Four Winns dealer - I gave a local marina (Clark's Landing) my HIN and these guys sent the wrong window (a Lewmar instead of a Bowmar). As for their response? Quote: "I AM SORRY TO TELL YOU. BUT THE PORT LIGHT WINDOW IS NOT RETURNABLE. THIS WAS A NON-STOCK , SPEICAL ODER PART. ALL SPEICAL ORDER PARTS ARE NON-RETURNABLE. SORRY, Neal Herbert" So I spend $500 on a "special order" part and the express shipping and these guys send the wrong part and then tell me it's my loss? I didn't give them the part number, they are the Four Winns dealer, it's their mistake. Can you imagine having your car dealer send the wrong windshield and then tell you, too bad too sad, your problem?
