Reviews for Rainier City Docks (free dock)
Decent stop when transiting the river, 2012-11-01
Captain: , Portland, Oregon (101)

Good docks with space for plenty of boats. Current and wind can be a nuisance as with most transient dockage and anchorage along the Columbia River. During the salmon season the dock space is well utilized by recreational fishermen. Reasonalble walk into town with some potential for shopping and dining. Restrooms are adequate but nothing more.

Most just pass it by, 2012-07-28
Captain: , Vancouver (772)

Very nice docks. Restrooms ashore. Launch ramp nearby. If the wind has been blowing for awhile the docks suffer from substantial wind blown swell that moves upriver. Use plenty of fenders and spring lines. Easy walk to stores and restaurants. No power or water.

Transient docks for up to 72 hours, 2011-01-30
Captain: , Portland (364)

Nice newer docks with stinky restrooms on shore, nothing to do, moderate walk to stores in town. Can be full on nice weekends, just down river is the new boat ramp with an empty float, (empty)
