Yup, I had rated the wrong marina.

I think people are rating the wrong place, 2014-07-09
Captain: , Detroit (720)

I was "there" this July 4th, 2014 also, for the first time. The Portside cutout area, appears to be for large ships and did not look to have any power connections evident. I'm pretty sure these people both stayed at the Promenade Floating docs on the southerly side of the Science Center's blue roof. I'd agree with all said by the guy from 7/8/2014, but I think it applies to the docs down by Promenade Park. there were nothing but concrete steps and 10" diameter Sampson posts at the Porside marker.

Free downtown dockage!!, 2011-07-06
Captain: , curtice, oh (61)

a little small, 7 30 footers maybe 8. but where else will you find free downtown dockage with water and electric?? great place! if nothing is available there are many docks next to here just no elec or water. still free though! keep in mind this is not really a marina. no services. just great dockage
