Reviews for Port de plaisance Real-Bouvier
Big and crowded but good stop., 2016-10-04
Captain: , Chaumont, NY (257)

Nice facilities and staff, generic marina.

Nice marina but noisy, 2014-07-04
Captain: , Valleyfield (103)

The noise is due to the 20 freeway. Overall the marina is very nice, the staff is friendly, but the place is very crowded during week ends especialy during the fireworks. Strong current at the entrence.

Marina OK but Resturaunt Quai 99 Great, 2014-07-01
Captain: , Westbrook CT (277)

This would not be my first choice of marina if visiting Montreal.

But the resturaunt is a gem. Quite up scale with excellent food and great staff. Prix Fix dinner was very good.

Ferry service close by to city.

marina and fuel, 2014-01-22
Captain: , toronto (499)

watch the time of day on entering the marina, their is a current and it MUST be taken into account while navigating channel. The marina is tight with a 48 sail w/o trusters, check dock assigment first you may not fit, they tried to put us in a spot that a 28er would have had fits. Shopping in town is a moderate walk away.

Wonderful marina close to Montreal, 2013-07-28
Captain: , Venice, Fl. (919)

$2.00 per foot, 1.619 per liter disel, $20.00 pump out. Wonderful on site restaurant. Ferry ride to Old Montreal Port $15.00 round trip per person. Great way to see Montreal is the double decker Gray Line hop on hop off bus which cost $100.00 for a 2 day pass for 2 people. Metro subway easy to get to Atwater Market, Olympic stadium, Botanical gardens. Highly recommend this marina so you don't have to fight the current going into Old Montreal port.

Nice Marina But...., 2012-07-27
Captain: , San Francisco (151)

A very nice marina but staff was very young with little experience. Assigned slip was too small for our boat even though I told them my requirements. Tenants said the staff was "stupid" (in French) and just told me where there was an adequate slip. So we just took it.

Well protected marina, 2012-07-19
Captain: , Lake Champlain, VT (271)

Large marina with fuel and pumpout. Friendly staff with good English for those of us with inadequate French. Groceries are about a mile away at a modest mall. Very convenient to an early start westbound through the St Lawrence locks. It's a long walk to the bathroom!

DON'T MOTOR AGAINST A 6 KT CURRENT INTO OLD MONTRAL WHEN LONGUEUIL HAS ALL THE FACILITIES., 2011-07-25
Captain: , Oriental, NC (1148)

There is no need to torture your motor against a 6 kt current when Longueuil has everything you need. Additionally, the old port of Montreal and Port d'Escale has no pump out or fuel facilities. One has to go to Longueuil to get this done. Very few yacht go into old Montreal. From Longueuil there is a fast ferry boat and Metro directly into Montreal. The only down side to the marina is that there is no WiFi. Space is tight here: many Montrealers dock stern first at the marina. Nevertheless, this is the place to stay.

Nice quiet place, 2011-01-06
Captain: , Montreal (383)

This is certainly one of the nicest marina around Montreal. Well protected and secure facilities. Superb view of Montreal and the Olympic stadium. There is also a nice park nearby and a ferry that brings you right in Old Montreal for a few dollars.
