Reviews for Pope's Landing Marine
theft of $1,480, 2014-01-09
Captain: , Montreal (50)

We contacted Pope's Landing Marine in October to winterize our boat. Tom Cargill accepted and requested a check to secure a space for the boat.We agreed and sent a bank draft of 1 480$. When Mr Cargill received it, he called to say that there was no more room left. He said that he would send back the check.
I contacted my bank to cancel the check but the bank confirmed that the check was cashed in meanwhile.
Since we tried to contact Pope's Landing Marine and left messages, both vocal and email, but nobody replied. After contacting the police we get one call promising a check. Nothing append and the voice mail is full...
