Reviews for Pleasant Harbor Marina
Great Stop, 2017-05-28

Protected Marina, very friendly and accommodating staff. Clean restrooms and free showers. Restaurant and bar on site. Resort atmosphere. No towns within walking distance. We were here over Memorial Day weekend. Lots of activity, but quieted down in the evening. It was also Shrimp Fest with free shuttles. Great fun, good food.

Very nice marina, 2016-05-24

We made a one-night stop here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were all great and the facilities were excellent -- good docks, clean and updated restrooms with free showers, nice laundromat. Fuel dock and pumpout are out at the end of the dock, very easy to get on and off.

a resort style marina for Puget Sound, 2015-07-20
Captain: , North Lake Marina, Lake Washington (260)

We held our YC event at Pleasant Harbor this past weekend and everything was wonderful. The docks are clean and sturdy; the staff are plentiful and super friendly and helpful, the pool and jacuzzi were clean and very nice on a hot weekend, the restrooms were clean and showers plentiful, and the new construction main building is great as it hosts so many things in one spot: the bar upstairs with inside and outside seating (and an outside tv), the grill downstairs, next to the little, ample market, next to the registration desk. They also just started up a laser skeet shooting activity at the marina which was a huge hit among everyone who tried! This marina is a gem in Puget Sound and makes me wonder why there aren't more like it but happy we discovered this one.

Pleasant Harbor, great place, 2012-08-20
Captain: , Seattle (396)

This place is worth the stop. Used yacht club recip moorage. Great showers, pool and hot tub. Lost of hiking nearby. Dinghied to Dosewallips State Park. Would definitely do it again. Only downside is our dockside water was out, but they were working on it. We went to another dock for water prior to departure.

Great facilities, friendly staff, 2011-04-09

Stayed here over Labor Day weekend 2010. Good docks, the guest docks are a bit of a walk to the office, so they have a floating head - actually a houseboat with some restroom facilities. Pool is nice and clean, good shower facilities. They have guided hikes in the national forest on the weekends. If you are over on hood canal, Pleasant Harbor is well worth a visit.

Summer '03, 2009-11-24
Captain: , Scappoose Oregon (79)

Wonderful summer. Well protected docks and anchorage in small bowl like bay, narrow looking inlet easilly passed through but blocks notorious Hood Canal wind/waves. Docked our power catamaran (17 foot beam) on back of headwalk with large yachts and commercial fishboats. Some covered slips but those had a considerable waiting list. Beautiful park like setting, particularly enjoyed the pool/spa. Very friendly and helpful staff and marina neighbors. Prime location for spot prawn season. Goby Gulch dive spot just around Black Point. Great driving approach from the south because we bypassed all the traffic problems in Olympia, Tacoma and Seattle -- drive from Salem, OR area three and a quarter hours door to dock, means we easilly arrive on boat Friday evening, return home late Sunday.

First visit, 2009-05-28

Our YC spent Memorial Day weekend at the marina. The staff was wonderful as was the pizza! The pool/picnic area is clean and well monitored. The restroom/showers are clean and there are no quarters needed. Security is via manned patrol - around the clock. We always have great cruises but this one was made even better by the well run facility and its staff.
