Reviews for Pittsburg Marina
Lumpys Diner, 2017-06-20
Captain: , Portland Oregon (270)

Ate at Lumpys twice during our overnight at this marina. Good food and a lot of fun. Marina still in excellent condition and well run. Best value at $0.50 per foot.

Excellent marina, 2015-06-04
Captain: , Davis, CA (22)

Very new (as of 2013) facilities, but affordable prices and friendly staff. Short walk to restraunts and bars. For sailors -this marina is too sheltered to sail into easily and requires tacking to windward in a small area after you round the pilings.

First class operation, 2015-01-19
Captain: , CA Delta (682)

Pulled in 20 mins after closing. Harbor master turned pumps back on so we could get home. Couldn't ask for better service than that!

Excellent services, 2014-02-19
Captain: , Richmond (33)

Fuel dock clean and well maintained. Prices reasonable. Best fuel stop in the area. Modern and clean restrooms, and nearby restaurants.

Nice newer marina - revitalised downtown, 2011-10-17
Captain: , Palm Beach Gardens, FL (1997)

Downtown Pittsburg has seen alot of money poured into it and this includes the marina which is modern and easy dockage out of the current. Diesel prices are very reasonable considering it is CA where fuel is more costly than many other states.
Only negative is the potential for crime seems high although I stayed several days at the yacht club on the other side of the marina when I was brought outside last night by the helicopter circling the marina and multiple police officers were searching for a suspect with shots fired. No one was found so went back inside and made sure the bilge pumps were still on auto.

Good stop on way to Delta, 2011-07-30
Captain: , Sacramento (193)

Clean, relatively new public marina with nice facilities, including fuel and pump out. Fairly sheltered, too. Old Town is nearby and undergoing extensive urban renewal projects. Should be nice in a couple of years. A couple of good places to eat and drink a short walk. No stores, though. Recommend as a place to overnight on the long haul from San Francisco to the Delta (gets you closer to good Delta spots than Benicia).

Beautiful new marina in old downtown Pittsburg, 2011-06-09
Captain: , San Francisco (409)

Recently added new addition to large marina is next to Pittsburg downtown with excellent restaurants and attractions. During the summer there is an Antique Car show on Thursday nights and Farmers Market on Saturdays. Full service boatyard, ramp, yacht club, fishing supply store, many stores and restaurants make Pittsburg Marina one of the best destinations on Delta

Excellent fuel stop in the west Delta, 2010-05-27
Captain: , Willow Berm Marina, Isleton, CA (17)

Have stopped at Pittsburg Marina for fuel multiple times. Usually the best price for diesel in the west Delta, and it already has a full additive (biocide and treatment) package in it. Easy access fuel docks with pumpouts and potable water avaiable at the fuel dock. Very friendly marina staff.
