Do not use the haul out facility.the trailer is rated for 19tons but collapsed under my Oceanis 400 -9t. The driveway is uneven and the trailer sway a lot. the ramp is made of rusty steel and will not get better in time.

Nice little marina. Only problem is, when a strong wind is blowing from NW. Once there was a big damage on boats, because the swell cut loos the first boat and this was making a knock-on effect.
Also you will need a good mosquito spray. To a supermarket you need 1h.
