Reviews for Oxford Yacht at Dickerson Harbor
Great Place to Winter your boat, 2016-06-17
Captain: , Cambridge, MD (170)

We stored our Grand Banks 42 Classic at Dickerson Harbor in one of their large storage sheds this past winter. Our boat was well protected and we didn't need to remove any of our canvas etc. This is an older facility (former Dickerson Sailboat facility), but the staff, John, Pat, Rumsey, Izzy, etc are tops. They know the Grand Banks fore and aft and are experts in all types of repairs. If you love your boat and want to keep it high and dry for the winter, consider Dickerson Harbor.

My husband and I were enormously impressed both with the quality and skill of the workers at Dickerson Harbor as well as with their attention to detail, demeanor, and genuine desire to solve problems. We have stored our boat there for the winter for the last two seasons. Great location just off the Chesapeake Bay close to Oxford and Cambridge. Highly recommended for service, quality, and personal service.

Lots to learn here at the former home of Dickerson Yachts and there is large capacity indoor storage for the offseason

Excellent Experience, 2014-07-06
Captain: , Heathsville, VA (50)

This June we finished the final phase of refurbishing our Grand Banks 46 Classic, which focused on stripping, sanding, and refinishing the teak hand and cap rails as well as the transom of the boat. The end result is amazing; she looks like a new boat. Earlier projects included, soda blasting 25 years of bottom paint from the hull and using barrier coat for future protection, replacing all of the electronics on the boat, flushing and cleaning the fuel tanks, and replacing the refrigeration with three independent Nova Cool units for our two refrigerators and single freezer. The crew at Dickerson Harbor was excellent and truly professional as they performed all of these tasks. If you have a Grand Banks, the knowledge base at Dickerson Harbor is unrivaled, and you save money on work performed because they don%u2019t have to %u201Clearn%u201D the systems.

Disappointed, 2014-02-19
Captain: , Severna Park MD USA (280)

Arrived in our dinghy looking for a small amount of gas. My husband was ignored after speaking with two men on sight. It was incredibly rude and the piers and marina looked lost a ghost town. Very disappointed.

Knows Grand Banks better than anyone else. Very competent staff, capable of most any type of repair. A great group to work with.
