Reviews for Okeover Inlet Public Dock
Okeover Harbour Authority Dock, 2016-09-09
Captain: , Kirkland, WA (4478)

The inner docks only have space for smaller boats and most space is taken by local boats. Side-tie space is available on the "L" shaped large breakwater docks that offer considerable transient space on a first-come first-serve basis. The base of the breakwater "L" is 160 feet long and the leg of the "L" is 280 feet long. Side-tie is available on both sides the "L" breakwater. The outside of the breakwater is not protected. The Laughing Oyster Restaurant is excellent. Harbour master is very helpful. Self-registration is available at the harbour office on the dock.

Adequate stop, GREAT restaurant, 2014-09-09
Captain: , Olalla WA (412)

We stopped here for the night so we could eat dinner at the Laughing Oyster Restaurant just up the hill. Restaurant was fabulous, the best anywhere in Desolation Sound. Dock was adequate. No electricity or water, but secure tie-up, inexpensive (60 cents a foot) and well-lit at night. 1/4 mile uphill is the campground with outhouses, otherwise no facilities.
