Reviews for Mulligans Beach House and Restaurant Marina
No Marina Program - Use Manners & Ask Nicely, 2013-08-14
Captain: , Islamorada, FL (147)

Nobody on staff, including the managers knows what to do with the marina. It really is an underutilized asset of theirs. I read a few reviews here and assumed I could stay overnight if I asked nicely and bought a nice dinner. It took a call to the corporate office for permission, and some name dropping to get them to approve. I draw 3.8 feet and bumped on the south side of the docks, so I went back and took a slip on the north side. Even after getting full permission from corporate and the manager on duty, I was questioned by a staff member the next morning at 6 a.m. If you are planning to stay overnight, you need to work the program and be very nice. Good luck.

No Dock and Dine, 2013-03-24
Captain: , Westport CT (311)

We did not stay here, but called ahead about the Dock and Dine. We were told that all slips are monthly at $8/ft one year contracts, and that all are currently full. Too bad about the Dock and Dine

Nice new marina FREE!, 2011-10-05
Captain: , Stuart, Fl (435)

This marina is part of Mulligans restaurant and they have a program Dock n Dine. you can stay overnight free if you eat there. the ask that you use the 10 slips closest to the restaurant. Looks like they are not finished, but it will accomodate up to about a 40' boat. there was about 5' of water when we were there. Power and water (just 15 amp right now). We called ahead and the person who answered the phone was clueless. when we asked how much it was to stay there she said I think $8 a foot, then said but really she thought it was only about $20. When we finally talked to someone in their corporate office, we were told it was free to stay, and when we arrived there was a big banner on the docks saying the same!!! I think they are all new to the process, and it was free, so we forgive them! Nice docks, but unprotected from the winds. Can be a little rough if there are winds from the east or north.
This is really a coutesy thing and they have no one manning the docks, so don't look for help.
