Yes - Delta Petroleum, a gas station that refills USA Propane bottles, is nearby. It is easily accessed by taking your dinghy to the NE corner of the harbour. You can tie up here and walk through the gate in the fence. They charged a boater $2 per 1lb (2015) without the cost of a taxi ride. Opposite this garage is a Riteway super market and a Cash and carry both worth a visit.

Reviews for Moorings (Tortola base)
Hoping for a third time, 2016-07-08
Captain: , Annapolis (262)

We've chartered with these guys 2x and loved it both times. What a way to spend some time with family! Their service is excellent, the boats clean, provisioning wonderful. Stayed at their on-site hotel both times to slow down to island time before getting on our boat. It was worth the extra day.

We have chartered through Moorings 3X. Twice in Tortola and the base, facilities are top notch.

Cruisers who really enjoyed our stay here, 2013-01-02
Captain: , Alexandria (40)

We stopped in here for a few nights to get supplies. Very reasonably priced at $1/foot plus $15 for electric. We have been cruising for 1.5 years and this is by far the cleanest marina we have ever been in. A/C everywhere. Showers are part of the spa and the two headed shower experience makes you feel as if you have just been to the spa. Friendly staff, a block from Rite Way grocery which is very stocked with familiar brands, also reasonably priced. Close to movie theater. Very nice pool, two restaurants and a cafe. The bartenders even gave me the remote and left the TV on so I could watch the end of a late football game. We stopped here because the guidebook said good fuel and prices.

It is also very convenient to marine services as well. Many are right outside the marina entrance. The Golden Hind (Chandlery) is well stocked. Wickham's Cay Rigging is also well stocked and helpful. There is also an electronics store, mechanical and refrigeration services close by.

Moorings & Sunsail Base, 2012-11-18
Captain: , Hingham, MA (1068)

Very crowded. No air/breeze. Tough to sleep on the boat overnight if you do not have air conditioning. Nice facilities. Store was expensive and always had a long line. If you call Bobby's Market they will pick you up and drop you off for no charge.

Excellent Service and Support, 2012-07-04
Captain: , Bagdad, Florida (286)

Just returned from ten days on a Moorings 50.5 followed by seven days on a footloose 51.5. I can only rave on the performance of the Moorings, they live up to their claims and reputation. I have used them at least a dozen times over the last 35 years and have never been disappointed.

New Sunsail Base, 2011-11-22
Captain: , Oyster Bay (313)

With the addition of Sunsail to this Moorings base, it is quite crowded. Liked Sunsail better when it was over @ Hodge's Creek Marina.

A great start/end to a bareboat charter, 2009-03-13
Captain: , London (103)

This is probably one of the best bareboat charter bases in the world. The facilities are outstanding, the staff are helpful, knowledgeable and on the ball. The restaurant is OK but the shower suite is to die for!
