One of our best stops, 2014-12-22

The peole here are some of the friendliest we have run into on our bay travels. Mind you this is not a marina for people who need lavish accomodations. It is quite and private (the way we like it). This is also not a marina for big boats. Had a challenge docking our 51 footer and with a 4 foot draft, we had to time the trip to the gas dock. Still touched the bottom some. But given al that, the staff there almost make me want a smaller boat so I can go back. The owner even sent us a thank you card after our stay. Stayed two nights and If you have a 40 footer or less, I highly reccomend it.

Great service, 2012-10-14

Stopped there due to fuel problems and it was a treat to meet the folks there! Their service was over the top excellent! Very helpful, friendly, and treated us like royalty!

If you draw more than, 2010-09-08
Captain: , Deltaville Va (531)

if you draw more than 3'6" stay away, water depth at low tide at fuel dock/boat ramp is 2' as of Sept.5th when I tried to bring a 3607 Carver in there. I washed up mud in the channel and only had 4' under me, And I doubt getting in the fuel dock / boat ramp would be easy at high tide. And the lift is blocked by a sail boat so a quick haul would be out of the question..And it's a shame due to this is the only place open on Mobjack Bay on Sunday.

A small, backwater marina with short docks and shorter walkways. Small sailboats occupy this--very few power boats. Small haulout/lift with tired belts. Remote.
