Reviews for Mill Bay Marina
Great Facility, 2016-08-08
Captain: , Pender Harbour, BC (411)

Docks are concrete and basically new. 50 amp power available, lots of good water (no restrictions when we visited). Restaurant is great, and amenities are good and very clean. Ice, bait, etc. available on the dock, and fuel prices are the best in the (Canadian) area. Wind blows every day from 11:00 am until about 5:00 pm, so best not to be on the outside floats. Staff are very good and attentive ... we will be back!!

Mill Bay Marina, 2016-07-06
Captain: , Liberty Bay, WA (400)

Marina docks are new and outstanding. Is a fairly small marina and is subject to wind from all directions so will want to enter and leave when the wind conditions are good. Had planed on anchoring in Todd's Inlet, but way to many people for us even on a week day. It was nice a calm so decided to give Mill Bay a try. Was able to wash the boat down, get some laundry and shopping done. About the only down side for me was the slip rate (@ $1.86 per ft.) Must be trying to pay for the new concrete docks.

Call Ahead, 2015-04-24
Captain: , Anacortes (31)

This is a small, crowded marina that fills up whenever the border school next door has an event. Best to call ahead for this reason.

Gas, Diesel, ice, and bait are available at the dock. WiFi is free (no password) and fast. Propane is not available at the dock, but you can get it if you're willing to walk a little less than a mile up the road. There is also a Thrifty's grocery store, bank, liquore store, and more just a short walk up the road.

Showers cost $1 per 2 minutes. Laundry and dryer each cost $2.50.

Great marina and bistro, 2013-11-12
Captain: , Patricia Bay, BC (42)

We stopped while sailing for lunch at the bistro, good menu and service. No charge for dockage when at bistro or fuel dock

Mill Bay Marina, 2013-10-21
Captain: , Maple Bay (15)

Excellent marina. Completely rebuilt. Engineered breakwater in place. Shopping mall within block with all necessary provisions at hand. Fuel, water electricity. Short run up Saanich Inllet to Buchart Gardens / Tod Inlet.

Mill Bay Marina, 2012-10-31
Captain: , Saskatoon (50)

In 2012 this new marina is still under construction, so phone ahead to see if this is actually finished. Otherwise, you will have to use portable toilets and no showers yet.
There is power and water services at the new docks, but no breakwater either.
