Reviews for Mears Annapolis Marina
excellent facility, 2014-10-11
Captain: , Dutch Harbor, RI (411)

We were very impressed with this marina. They were extremely friendly with top notch facilities including a continental breakfast with smoked salmon and cream cheese on Saturday and Sunday. The showers and restrooms were 4 star quality.

Best Marina in Annapolis, 2014-09-03
Captain: , Galesville (60)

Hands down the best! Great staff. Amazing facilities. Wonderful people.

Well Maintained, 2014-07-07
Captain: , Rock Hall, MD (120)

Very freindly staff, extremely helpful dockhand. Narrow alleyways, especially for a windy day, but manageable with some help, for my fairly novice sailing experience. They had two large screen TV's out top watch the US play in teh world cup, a great pool and tiki bar. All the faciliteis were imaculate.

Very nice marina in the Eastport section of Annapolis, 2013-09-07
Captain: , Annapolis Md (280)

A very well kept facility. Great pool and a nice pavalion for picnic's. The dock are good and the staff helpful. Mears is a doable walk to Annapolis Town and some local restaurants. Recommended

Wonderful Experience, 2013-06-17
Captain: , Jacksonville, FL (161)

We stayed here for three nights, June 12-14, 2013. Had to get on a waiting list the prior week, but we cleared and Mary from the marina office called and made our arrangements. Very courteous and hard working dock hands. Marina is very pet friendly with great areas for walking dogs. The amenities are hard to beat, and it is in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Marina is very convenient to downtown Annapolis - just a short walk over the Spa Creek bridge. There are many good restaurants in either Eastport or downtown Annapolis that are within walking distance. Water taxi from downtown picks up and drops off at the marina for a fee. We will be sure to stay here again if we get the chance.

Fine marina, 2013-06-16

Professionally run and friendly.

Excellent Marina, 2013-06-14
Captain: , Glen Cove, NY (281)

Visited for five days and found everything needed for comfortable stay. Staff is very accomodating/helpful. Easy access to town by water taxi, bus or cab. All facilities immaculate with excellent equipment/appliances. No fuel; however, fuel dock across creek and easily accessed when inbound/outbound. We are 47' sail drawing over 6 feet and travelling with friend in 40' sail. We were assigned to T dock and found everything 100% AOK!

Great Marina, 2012-08-22
Captain: , Chester Springs, PA (189)

Quiet, yet walking distance to everything Annapolis has to offer. Great amenities and clean modern facilities. Helpful and nice staff.

Very nice spot, 2012-07-10
Captain: , Montreal, PQ, Canada (560)

This marina offers limited transient spots depending on availability. It is a frist class operation with private club like amenities. Everithing is quite perfect, a little expensive, but you can walk to almost everithing in Annapolis from there.

Super Place, 2012-05-22
Captain: , Smith Mountain Lake, VA (266)

Great super clean facilities, friendly, helpful staff and easy access to the Bay. They even have free breakfasts on the weekend! We liked walking around Eastport and over the Spa Creek Bridge to Annapolis.

Top rate marina, 2011-12-14
Captain: , florida (230)

I agree with Randy. The marina is well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. We' arrived in November and are staying here until Christmas and then heading south. It's a seasonal marina with the dock water turned off on December 1st, but that's not a problem for us because we hold 400 gallons of water and use the marina's very nice facilities for laundry and showers.

Downtown Annapolis is a one mile walk, and Davis' Pub and Leeward Cafe are just down the street.

Be careful, Annapolis has a way of sucking you in. :)

Mears Annapolis, 2011-07-03
Captain: , Marco Island, FL (1135)

We decided to stay in Annapolis for 5 weeks. Therefore, we wanted a marina that was walking distance to downtown Annapolis, has a pool and tiki bar.

This place has all that and tennis courts, basketball court, free breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays and the pump out boat comes to you - to top it all off - the folks are just wonderful. The pool is beautiful, the facilities are immaculate and they gave us a decent rate for staying 5 weeks.

We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
