Multnomah Channel, ~100 miles upstream still has tides approaching 2 feet at times. Water levels also influenced by Bonneville Dam water release, approaching another 2 feet. Reviews for McCuddy's Landing Marina
I choose to live here., 2009-11-24
Captain: , Scappoose Oregon (79)

My boats and I live here. I have a small floating home, my 34 foot power catamaran and my 80 foot sidewheel paddleboat all on row C. Rows C through H (where all the boats are tied) are wood decked floating docks and fingers with steel frames on plastic floats with excellent steel pilings. Rows A and B (the liveaboard area), and the long headwalk are the older log floated wooden structures. Thirty to fifty foot slips and side-ties at the hammerhead ends up to ninety feet. Electric pylons at each boat slip and hose connections along one side of each dock. Sewer and some natural gas hookups available in the liveaboard area. Access ramp at the north end has security code gate limiting access to the boat docks with free access to the harbormaster office, restaurant and the locked restrooms/laundry. Ramp at the far southern end of the parking lot has no security gate, giving free access to the floating home folks. Security concerns exceptionally low because of so many liveaboards around day and night, with almost no strangers on the docks.
