Additional info:

Enter the Pascagoula River via the Pascagoula Ship Channel. Proceed under the Hwy 90 bridge and follow the river to the west. Continue through the 'ditch' west until you enter the West Pascgoula River. Proceed directly across while steering just a little south to avoid a shoal on the west bank. Enter Mary Walker Bayou on the West side of the river. Proceed North up the Bayou and follow bend to the West. Mary Walker Marina will be on your left or South side. Note: while traversing the 'ditch' minimum depth will be roughly 6 feet while crossing Marsh Lake, the bottom is soft mud and as long as you have a draft honestly no more than 6' and stay in the middle you will be fine.

Reviews for Mary Walker Marina
Old School Marina, 2014-05-30

Lots of friendly faces. Everyone there tried to make our stay a good one. Got blown in for weather and had to leave the boat there until more vacation could be worked oout. Clean restrooms and shower, and some of the nicest people you would ever want to meet. Wish I lived close so I couold make this my home port.

Five star people - three star marina, 2014-03-11
Captain: , Annapolis (795)

This marina currently has a five-star rating in ActiveCaptain, which means to me that it is on par with the Grand Bahama West End Resort. Don't believe it. The people here are terrific, there is a nice on-site store and there is a good place to eat down the street. Without these, the place would be two stars.

There is a men's and a woman's toilet, a room where you can "hose down" and fuel is on site. Some of the slips are in good condition, others are not. It is difficult to get to and if you draft over 6', I would advise not to try.

We certainly enjoyed our stay here, the staff are great folks, but do not think this is a five star marina.

Awesome place to hang out...., 2013-05-25
Captain: , Freeport, TX (10)

Mary Walker Marina was the highlight of our return trip to Texas. We were working our way back home after cruising the Islands for almost 20 months and Al, Sylvia, Little Boy and the rest of the staff and local residents were some of the most friendly and helpful people we had run across.
We can not say enough about Mary Walker Marina... If you are anywhere close, stop by and enjoy yourself... And don't forget to have dinner at the Tiki Bar & Restaurant. Wonder food and waitstaff.
Looking forward to a return visit!

Best Kept Secret, 2013-05-21

SAilboat surprise, 2010-03-08
Captain: , Lakeside, Montana (442)

friendly, very helpful people. difficult to get to by sailboat. must cross Marsh Lake and canal, shallow, but our 6' draft did not touch. Marina had no fuel when we visited in late 2008, thanks to hurricane damage, but they hauled my bride to get diesel twice. electricity and water available at the slip.
