Good Fuel and Dockage, 2014-05-28
Captain: , Venice (650)

We spent several months at dock, no problems and reasonable prices. Diesel fuel is good price.

Excellent fuel stop., 2014-02-03
Captain: , New Smyrna Beach, FL (92)

Stopped for a diesel fill up while ferrying my friends "new to him" Pierson 365 from Sarasota to Ft. Myers. Good dockmaster orchestrated traffic in and out of this facility. Good diesel price and good service.

Lost my depth sounder readout. Made it safely to Crow's Nest marina and MarineMax worked me into their repair schedule the next morning. Very helpful. October 2014

Captain: , Houston, TX (553)

The Crows Nest was full, so we carried on to MarineMax. Great little, bullet-proof marina. Friendly folks, inexpensive fuel. We had no trouble getting into the marina or the slip with a 43' sail boat, no bow thruster.

Great protected habor, cheap fuel .great people, 2013-02-04
Captain: , Sarasota (11)

I wonder why the loopers in sail complain so much. There is plenty of space to maneuver if you know your boat. A salesperson loaned us his car so we could go reprovision. Great place.

Narrow entry, 2013-01-29
Captain: , Vero Beach, FL (654)

Pulled in for a gas stop recieved about zero help. The dock hand was there just no help very cold, but warmed up. The gas however was cheeeeeep for the area.

A Clean Quiet Place to stay, 2012-02-17
Captain: , Jacksonville, Fl (525)

Simple approach and a friendly staff make this an excellent place to stay. Lots of shopping with in 1/2 mile. Excellent protection from wind aand wakes. There was no noticable noise for the two nights we were here which is a pleasent change from some places we have been.

Quiet, neat, friendly and clean., 2012-02-17
Captain: , Punta Gorda, FL (10)

Good people, 2011-10-21
Captain: , Erie, Pa. (1896)

Stopped late at night after closed, need 2 x 50 power did not work (not in phase) fueled in morning, price was 3.96 on 10-21-11 including tax. Everyone was great. Manager got fuel pump and pump out going and lady dock manager was very nice. Would stop again.

Best Fuel Prices, 2011-09-05
Captain: , Punta Gorda, FL (639)

We plan our fuel-ups so that we stop here. They have Valvtech and usually have the lowest prices between Fort Myers and Tampa/St. Pete.

Not up to par, 2011-02-16
Captain: , Fayetteville, Arkansas (671)

While this might be a great place to have boat work done. The transiet dockage was abysmal. We were the first slip across from the fuel dock. This made for a tremendously long walk to the less than fresh shower/restroom facilities. The worst part of this was, they assured us that we had plenty of depth. When we went to leave in the morning we were aground. It took some waiting and prop wash to get us underway, we managed. I would not stop here again as there were not many facilities close.

Good Protected Stop, 2011-01-03
Captain: , Cincinnati (1810)

We were there on one of thier busiest weekends (Christmas Boat Parade) and they still made room for us. It was very tight dock because they were soooooooo full. Fuel dock lady needs to chill but the rest of the staff is top notch.
