Reviews for Marina La Gomera

An excellent marina located into the main port of San sebastian in Lagomera island. Very protected from winds. It is very close to the main town and the guest have the chance to enjoy the area. People very freindly and ready to assist you at all times.

few words about the place of San sebastian - La Gomera:
La Gomera is the canary islands stripped bare. Its beaches are quiet, its villages are sleepy and countryside is fleeced with forest and dramatic moutain ridges.
The catalogue of valleys and ravines make the island an obvious choice for walkers. Scuba divers can swim through bath-warm waters as they search for tuna, parrofish and trumpet fish.
Take a marine safari arround La Gomera coast. The waters here are home to 21 species of dolphins.

Exceptional marina on an exceptional island, 2013-05-20

We spent several weeks on La Gomera waiting for a weather window for crossing the Atlantic. The transatlantic rowers were there too. The marina was chock full of cruisers waiting to depart. It's right at the centre of a lovely village. Just a short walk from markets and restaurants. We took bus tours all over the island which is lush and full of history. The ancient kings chose to live on this island because it had the perfect microclimate. We look on our time here very fondly. Could have stayed much longer.
