Quaint an nice, back to the 60's, 2014-08-02

It't wooden docks, well taken care of, but could use some work. Staff is on the ball manageing the lines. We had a quick chat on the radio on our plan and they executed. When done, they braid tre lines.

Rate is $1.60 per ft + HST

Good places to go in town to visit. St. John the Evangelist church is worth going to. They have a marine atifacts at the chuch. The woman minisister does a good job

Shops in town are a walk (35 mins to the LCBO/General Store. General store had bate/fish gear in prices that rival Canadian Tire. Buy local and save

Bridal Falls was nice. We stopped for burgers and fries befoe heading down the stairs. Have a Pogo, they rival Texas corn dogs for flavor and crunch

Once again the canadian nice shines throught with ever place you go in town It's a small detour from the North Channel, take it.

Very small town with friendly people. A couple of grocery stores and an LCBO for stocking up, all within 5 minutes from the shore. There is a nice public beach next to the town dock. NO onshore marina services other than gas (and pump out?) at the town dock. The gas pump is on shore and its difficult to reach it with a boat > 36'; we didn't risk it with the water level looking like < 4'. Manitowaning is out of the way if you are traversing the North Channel. Consider Little Current as a more practical alternative.

Very nice quiet marina. Town has 2 museums. Lots of history. Good spot if you want peace and quiet.
