Reviews for Lyford Cay Club Marina
Great marina $$$$$, 2015-08-08
Captain: , Fort L (282)

Great marina with easy access fuel dock and friendly staff. Very quiet residential area marina. Lyford cay is home to the wealthiest residents in Nassau very upscale very exclusive. Be prepared to spend $$$$$. I would stay here if I was heading west or north to FL. I would not stay here if I was heading to the Exuma cays - stay instead on the eastern side Palm Cay Marina is best.

Very good marina, 2015-05-22

easy to get in, nice facility, deep, fuel dock very easy to access.
expensive. small restaurant very expensive.
clear customs at site.

Rarified and Safe Harbour, 2013-01-07
Captain: , St. Louis, MO (980)

Here is a welcoming, safe and easy stop on New Providence. Although expensive, all amenities for cruising yachts are available-- and the marina is is close to the airport and far from the craziness of Nassau and and Paradise Island.

Yacht crews term Lyford Cay "Lifeless Cay" because of the extremely quiet marina environs, but docking and marina staff are very helpful and the boat and crew will lack for nothing in this safe haven.

Convenient for transits to the Exumas and to Chubb Cay and access and egress to Florida,

Highly recommended.

Treat yourself, 2012-02-25
Captain: , New Bern, NC (180)

Lyford Cay is a bit expensive but if you anchor out a few nights it's worth the splurge to treat yourself. The docks are fixed but in well repair. The harbor itself is very well protected. The staff and service has been the best I've seen.

Transients are welcome for up to four days at a time, twice a year.

Easy access marina and the marina staff were very helpful. However, there was a disconnect between the marina and the resort. The golf course was a great track but the greens were very slow and hard to read. The ficilities were frist rate and very protected in all wind conditions.
