Reviews for Leblanc's Oil Co Inc.
Best fuel dock ever, 2015-08-21
Captain: , Naples, Fl (171)

They helped us dock. They cleaned the boat after refueling (only $1.80 per gallon for diesel). Good little store. Bought lots of bags of ice as freezer was up the fritz. They gave half to me for free and brought it down to the boat! Great people

best fuel stop, 2014-03-10
Captain: , Kemah TX (60)

Mike went out of his way to make sure that we got the supplies we needed to make repairs to our boat while staying at the marina. very hospitable people. even gave us a ride back to our marina so we didn't have to walk in the cold. excellent fuel dock.

Captain: , Port Aransas (992)

We needed two new 4D AGM batteries and dot Mike's number from the marina. Mike was happy to order the expensive batteries without asking for a deposit! He brought them to the boat, put them in place and took away the old batteries at no extra charge. They weight over 100 lbs each!

We later bought fuel at a very reasonable rate. He helped us out with a little mishap we had and even gave us a free cap!

Le Blanc also has a chandlery in which we purchased a few other needed items. Very nice and helpful folks.

Best fuel prices and the very best of people. Will do anything to help you. Call ahead if you need help docking. See previous about state of dock etc.

Best Fuel Dock, 2013-08-23
Captain: , San Leon, Texas (246)

This is one of the best fuel docks in Louisianna. The fuel dock itself is a little rough around the edges with the pier made of rough wood and tires. So be sure to have fenders out. There are no cleats on the pier so make sure that you have long lines ready to tie to mooring poles that are about 30 feet from the dock. But dont worry there will be at least two friendly employees to assist you with securing your boat safely to the dock. The fuel is the best price you will find along the ICW. They also sell ice and have a pretty full marine inventory. This is old Louisiana at it's best, friendly, helpful, reasonably priced, and enjoys having pleasure at their dock.

Great Fuel Prices, 2013-07-08
Captain: , Canyon Lake, TX (346)

Make sure you have fenders out as the south end of the dock is a little rough. The north end has tires for fenders and you know they will leave a black mark. Take some time to browse inside the store as they have an eclectic assortment of sale items. We asked about a pumpout and were told that they were looking into it but nothing was planned just now.

The Best Fuel Prices , 2013-04-29
Captain: , Paris, Arkansas (52)

They have the best fuel prices from South Padre Island, Texas to Florida. In addition to fuel and oil they carry basic marine supplies and if they don't have it Mike the co-owner can tell you where you can get it. They also carry a wide array of outdoor kitchen/cooking utensils/cookers and pots. Anything one might need to cook at a "boucharie" can be found at the fuel dock.

The LeBlanc Oil Company is much more than the best fuel dock on the gulf coast ... It is a place where gentlemen ranging in age from 18 to 89 congregate every morning from 6:00 to 8:00 AM. These men possess knowledge not found in books and are more than willing to share that knowledge with those willing to listen. Michael LeBlanc, co-owner of the company greets you and helps you to understand the Acadian culture and their meaning of Family! This is not only a fuel dock for your boat it is a fuel dock for your soul! Don't miss going to this place! (We wish LeBlanc Oil would open a fuel dock on the Northshore of Lake Ponctatrain!)

Fuel, Coffee & Marine Supplies, 2012-06-03
Captain: , Ocean Reef (111)

Great stop for fuel if in the area (great price for diesel, not so much for the other stuff), basic marine hardware. Locals in morning for coffee.
Delcambre has installed floating docks right up the canal with transient slips (pass them on way to LeBlanc's), and has a second marine hardware across Highway 14, within easy walking distance.
Delcambre is home for the local shrimp fleet, nice views of classic bay and coastal shrimpers.
Keep my boat about ten miles away, but have bought fuel from LeBlanc's for years.
Delcambre also does a Christmas boat parade in December, and the Delcambre Shrimp Festival (check internet for date), not to be missed in you are in the area.
Town has become very boater friendly, and the addition of Extreme Marine next to LeBlanc's fuel dock, local marine guy who can fix just about anything.
