Reviews for Le Phare Bleu Marina and Boutique Hotel
Nice place but a bit exposed, 2017-03-12
Captain: , Stratham (735)

Most of the private marks for entrance reefs are gone and those remaining are tiny. With a quartering sea and breeze, going in for the first time can be a bit sporty. Breaking seas make clearly visible reefs and our chartplotter was accurate. If you call, they may send out their big RIB to escort you.
Sea does make its way into mooring field and even to dock. Not too bad when we were there for one night. We appeared to be only transient for that night. Docks about one quarter occupied. Very reasonable happy hour prices on the lightship. Very cool.

Have laundry. Water is $15EC for any amount of fill up. Trash $3 EC. No access to pool if mooring customer. Can dinghy here from Clarkes Court Bay if you just want to do cuustoms and lightship.

Wonderful lunch place, 2016-08-30
Captain: , Safety Harbor FL (1100)

This is a small Marina and resort. We had lunch which was very good. Prices are a little more than other places but worth it. They do have fuel here

Le Phare Bleu marina, 2016-06-18
Captain: , Leamington, Ontario (710)

We are a 47' sailboat, 6' water draft, 66' air draft. Follow your chart closely on approach, channel markers aren't always where they should be. The staff here are very, very good and helpful. Cement floating docks. There is some nose on swell, but it is not a rolling type swell. Washrooms/showers very close to slips, located on an old lighthouse cool! Washrooms/showers are very clean. Restaurant due to open in ten days on the lighthouse ship. Nice sized pool, nice beach, use of two Hobie 14's on the beach. Great food in the restaurant, happy hour daily from 4p.m. to 6 p.m. Good pizza! Good deep water, live entertainment weekly, and great dinghy parties on occasion!

Very good marina, 2015-11-02
Captain: , Hamilton (348)

We kept our boat here during hurricane season 2015. Marina location is a bit out of the way, so it is a 15-20min ride to services, chandleries, etc. Docks are a combination of fixed and floating concrete docks in very good condition. Standard AC power is 220V, but AC 110V/50 cycle power is available. Good fresh water on docks.
Marina is at a boutique hotel, so there is a nice restaurant, bar, pool and beach area which marina guests can enjoy. Weekly live entertainment at the restaurant/bar.
Free WiFi available. Showers and bathrooms available at the lightship on the dock. Minimart on site. Customs and immigration on site. Marine services available from Island Dreams and Palm Tree Marine. Laundry on site.
People are very friendly, helpful and laid back.
A great marina to visit if you don't mind being a bit out of the way.

Good services, great staff, 2014-12-25
Captain: , Apollo Beach, FL (928)

We stayed at the marina for 10 days while getting some repairs done. This worked very well because Palm Tree Marine and The Canvas Shop are right there. Between the two of them they can fix most issues on your boat. The biggest problem is that Palm Tree gets so busy, you may have to wait a day or two. We were on the end of D dock and it gets rolly, but other than that the marina was a real treat. The staff is excellent, including the customs and immigration office; the facilities are nice; and they let us use a vacant resort villa to watch Navy beat Army (football) for the 13th consecutive time. The store is small, but they have a nice selection and excellent home made bread of various types. There is even a chiropractor. There are always things going on like concerts on the beach, dinghy concerts, and music at the restaurant. It is a short dinghy ride around the corner to Whisper Cove where there is a great meat and cheese market and you can catch shopping busses there.

Great concept marina/hotel complex, 2012-12-15
Captain: , Westport, Ireland (511)

The best mechanic on the island is here in Le Phare Bleu. Although the marina is exposed and can get rolly, the location is beautiful. It is a mini resort with two busy restaurants, pool, a grocery store, car rental, even customs and immigration check in. highly recommended.

Very nice, 2012-06-20
Captain: , Concord, Margarita (56)

This is a small marina but very nice. It is relatively new. It is part of a complex which includes a small hotel, restaurants, and vendors. Customs and immigration also have an office in the complex and you can check in and out there. The marina offers water, electric, fuel, bathrooms with showers.
