Reviews for Keyport Yacht Club
KYC - A great destination, 2016-05-23
Captain: , Keyport, NJ (10)

Keyport is a great destination for cruisers exploring Raritan Bay. KYC is the best way to see Keyport... their launches are spotless and run from 9-11 (longer on weekends) and this great town is a short walk.

Get a great old school haircut at Calebero's... Sushi at Nemo Asian Fusion. Walk past the post office for the Keyport Fishery (guaranteed to clog your arteries in one heavenly mouthful) or a huge sub at Mikes to take back for lunch onboard.

And of course... Just a block from the club is Drew's (but you better have a reservation for this fabulous Cajun eatery)!

Yes, make KYC your weekend destination!

First club to rebuild and open after Sandy. Beautiful club with great views of the bay and very friendly members!

On Raritan Bay 10 kn West of Sandy Hook with views of Manhattan. Good moorings but open to the North. Tender service 9AM to 11PM. Later on weekends. Was hit by Sandy with repairs underway as of 1/2013.

Really nice club, 2012-01-13

Lots of moorings, 24 hour launch service in the summer. and right in town.

A nice little club on Raritan Bay, 2011-01-29
Captain: , Stratford, CT (250)

Keyport is a nice little yacht club which features a very large mooring field, a bar and clubhouse, tiny parking lot, and no restaurant. The center of town is a short walk away and has many shops, restaurants, bars, etc. Members are friendly and helpful. Frequent launch service. Views from the mooring field are superb.
