A haul out, bottom paint touch up, prop overhaul, and added electronics. I was extremely pr
Leased with their services. Highly recommended for local and transit owners.

Here for more than a month due to health needs being accomodated at the NEARBY Mayo Clinic. All services required for the boat were met by the marina and their terrific staff. Shopping of all kinds nearby. Mayo Clinic less than three miles from the marina, use of Uber made it very manageable. A rewarding stay, will return.

Helpful, accommodating, professional, fairly priced, 2013-06-02

We went to Palm Cove Marina due to the fact that our depth sounder was not working. After much experimenting with new depth sounders, our tech from JacksonMarine Electronics along with my husband determined that it was the tranducer that needed replacing not the depth sounder. Of course, this meant the boat needed a short haul. Palm Cove suggested Isle of Palms Marine Service, LLC., the marina they work with next door. Cleave and Robert from Isle were extremely accommodating and worked well with Nuno from Jackson Electronics to haul the boat so Nuno could remove the old transducer and put in a new one.
The whole experience could have been very upsetting if not for the expertise of these professionals working together to assist us.
We give a 5 to all of the above businesses: Isle of Palm Marine Service, Palm Cove Marina, and Jackson Marine Electronics.
Isle also gave us a night on their face dock so we could be pulled early in the morning for the work to be done. The work was done professionally and the price was fair. We cannot thank them enough.

They ripped me off, 2013-02-01
Captain: , Jacksonville Florida (417)

When I brought the boat to jax via semi-truck, they said I could throw some bottom paint on prior to launch. A day later they said that they would have to do it and I couldn't, and at a cost of over 350 bucks, but could save some money by giving them the paint I was going to use, so I did. I left the yard at 8pm, no one on site, I arrived at 6am the next morning and it was done. I can't prove it, but I would also bet that they didn't use the nice expensive paint I had bought, but substituted some other cheaper paint and kept the good stuff. I confronted them directly on this whole issue and their response was , yea well, whatcha gonna do about it? I told them that I would do this right here, tell everyone I can possible tell. Think I'm stretching the truth, call me down on the carpet on this; it's Keith Blankenship and I live in jax, and I'm not the Dentist, I'm the other one. I'll testify in court that what I'm saying is the truth. If they did this to me, how are they ripping other people off?

Good Bottom Job, 2012-08-08

Had my boat hauled, bottom cleaned and painted at a competitive price and they took good care of my boat. Overall very satisfied. Robert who runs the travel lift is a sailor and he looked after me and my boat. I did some minor work on the boat while it was on the hard and they did not mind.
