Reviews for Holiday Point Marina
Great Place, 2016-09-18
Captain: , Annapolis, MD (310)

Ron and the crew are outstanding. Need service? Joe Reid at Mast & Mallet is the best. He did a complete refit of my Cape Dory 28. The engine shop is good too!

Great People, 2015-05-29

And they do have wifi.

Great boatyard, 2014-10-26
Captain: , St. Louis, MO (1696)

Primarily a sail boat marina.
Transients - they do not normally cater to transients, especially bigger boats, but they do have some big slips out at the end of E dock (the longest one). You'll have to call ahead to find out the deal.
Getting in and out of the bay - motoring in and out of the bay that the marina is in is fine as long as you stay around the south parameter like the charts show. Do not attempt to cut across. There is a red marker down in the corner you have to obey, down where all the Flemings are.
Repairs - first rate. No problems. They are very accomadaing and the work was done well.
No internet.

This is home base for me so I'm rahter partial to it. Nice facility been here 15 years. Good crew and all services. Shopping close by and easy to get to.

Captain: , Lake in The Hills, Illinois (542)

Family owned marina. Extremely friendly. Cost was excellent. Left our boat here for two weeks, very safe and secure.

Helpful Staff, 2011-06-27
Captain: , Deale, MD (70)

Make sure to follow the channel markers all the way in - the last one is hard to see due to the red lights in a neighboring marina's covered slips -- even then, there wasn't a lot of water.

I stayed my first night on my boat at Holiday Point. The previous owner didn't put the shore power cord on the boat but the staff at Holiday Point were more than willing the let me borrow their personal power cord for the night.

If ever in the area, I'll be back.

Good Family based business, 2011-05-09
Captain: , Selby Bay, Maryland (28)

Family owned and operated, the marina is a good place to be. It is a basic marina, no fancy amendities... and also a working marina... mechanics, painters, woodworkers, waxers, all on staff or on the premises... Slips are a good resonable price for the area.

Solid marina, good slip rates, 2011-05-08
Captain: , Selby Bay (20)

Basic marina with good prices on slips. Easy access to the Bay make this an idea spot.

Good Gas Stop, 2010-09-21
Captain: , Chesapeake Bay MD (495)

Very helpful with docking up and helping pump gas.
Have not been past gas dock - appears to be very long walk.
