Reviews for Harbor View Marina
Cheap fuel but difficult entry, 2013-06-06
Captain: , Destin Florida (430)

Cheap fuel but even with specific directions I was seeing 4.5 feet of water (Low Tide). To get in, line up the radio tower near the CG station with the Breezy Point marina opening on the long dock wall. Once you reach the dock wall turn to port and run along the wall off about 20-30 feet. Deep water once inside. Harbor View is on the left, Breezy Point on the right.

Do not try this at low tide, 2012-09-30
Captain: , Bear DE (694)

Stayed here for one night. Nearly grounded as we come in one hour before high tide. There is not much space for manovering for our overall 52 ft Boat. The staff is not helpfull at all - they just want your money. The restaurant at the Marina is good - the only good point we can give. If you have to come in here, from the channel turn to your starboard side and go north close to the breakwall at the Marina (next east to Harbor View) and close at the breakwall towards west into the channel with the fuel dock.

low draft boats only, 2012-03-15

you will sit in the mud here on low tide, i found out the hard way

Great outdoor Bar/Restaurant, 2011-06-07
Captain: , Bristol, RI (938)

We were here for Monday night of Memorial Day weekend. Live 8 person band ($5 cover) wasn't bad. An older party crowd - a "Jersey Shore" experience. Food was remarkably good for the scene. $3 draft Yuenglings. They claim to have good sushi but I decided I would't risk it before an offshore trip.

Harbor View Cape May, 2009-07-15
Captain: , Chester Springs, PA (189)

Great Location across Harbor from USCG Training Center, nice floating docks, good marina store (fishing focused). Transient bathrooms are very poor regarding size and cleanliness. Public restroom has a bigger shower, but very dirty in morning before cleaning (due to restaurant/bar traffic evening before) and no privacy. Very low water level, marina probably needs to be dredged, cannot access at low tide +/- 1 hr. Great restaurant with lively entertainment/bands on the deck on weekends. Overall a mix of plus's and minus's.
