Reviews for Harbor One Marina
harbor One marina, 2014-09-11
Captain: , Fort Worth (179)

This marina has seen better days. A lack of maintenance of facilities as well as low water conditions on the lake make this location no longer available for boat launching / ramp services. The docks have all been relocated and now extend in to lake. Was supposed to be temporary (and so the power and water connections was not exactly redone to high standards). Access to the restuarant via water arrival is questionable with the lake level so low. The food at the Spot is at best, so-so anyway. Overall, it's a hang-out / pick-up location and no the best one for it. If that's what your lookin g for, try Eagle's Nest instead.

This marina is tucked way back in the end of Dosier Slough. It's showing it's age. The docks are in fair shape, but sorely need an update. The lighting is adequate. Just adequate. It's a very active marina for launching powerboats, but the slipped boats are sad. Seems to be a place where boats go to die. Dock queens are everywhere. The fuel dock is inoperative. There is no ships store. The eatery, The Spot, has a nice patio. You can pull right up to the dock and go in for a bite to eat. Food is "so so"...it'll work when you're hungry...but that's about it.
